The Foundation generally considers requests for funding three times per year in each of our grantmaking programs: Zilber Neighborhood Initiative, Legacy, Hawaii, and Capacity Building. Funding Opportunities

Letters of Inquiry (LOI) are accepted on a rolling basis for the Zilber Neighborhood Initiative. ZNI grants support quality, affordable housing and community economic development in the Clarke Square, Layton Boulevard West, and Lindsay Heights neighborhoods in Milwaukee.




At this time, we are accepting grant applications by invitation only. If your organization is invited to apply, you will receive an email notification on how to submit an application.
